Invest With Us
Meet with a LV team member to discuss your goals and to overview a tailored investment approach that fits. Once agreed, you will complete the investor application, wire funds, and the journey will begin!
Design & Development
All investor capital is assigned to a specific project, where you can follow along throughout the development process.
Sales or Management
Once projects are complete, they are sold internally on the secondary market, only held by LOCAL Ventures. LV partners with top management operators to manage both our and our clients' properties.
Returns
Once projects are sold, financial bookkeeping takes place; investors' returns are processed and paid according to the investor agreements within two weeks
Re-assignment
After returns are processed, investor capital is assigned to the next available project, and the process repeats itself.
