About us
One system, built for ownership and impact
LOCAL Ventures is the platform behind our Smoky Mountain short-term rentals. Investing, development, design and operations sit inside one aligned company and its partners instead of being handed between vendors.
Our story
Built for everyday investors. Funded by everyday investors.
We discover, design, develop and operate high-performing short-term rental experiences in the Smoky Mountains. Our development arm, previously known as Local Development Group, is now the development engine inside LOCAL Ventures rather than a separate company.
We are not a public construction company taking random builds. We are a vertically integrated development platform building assets inside our own investor-aligned system. From raw land acquisition to final launch, our local team turns strategic sites into experience-driven properties built for performance, durability and long-term ownership.
Every development is intentional. Every detail is measured. Every project is built with the mindset that we would hold it ourselves, and many of them we do.
Some people invest with us as LOCAL Partners in the fund. Others purchase a cabin of their own and plug into our market knowledge. Either way, you're working with a team that builds and operates here every day.
